VANCOUVER — C-TRAN is officially dancing to your 2nd stage in their intend to bring The Vine to Mill Plain.

At its month-to-month conference, C-TRAN’s Board of Directors unanimously approved the Locally Preferred Alternative (LPA) when it comes to Mill Plain path. The western end for the line has established some debate, with Vancouver City Councilor and C-TRAN board member Ty Stober saying he could have chosen a far more north positioning.

At Tuesday’s conference, Sarah Hitchcock took time during citizen commentary to state she will have chosen a path along fifteenth to Washington.

“At 12th and Washington you will find four low-income apartment buildings,” she pointed out, “two of which allow for seniors.”
